They also will be showing graphic pictures of ex- smokers who have a lot of severe health conditions. They want to do everything they can to help smokers quit and prevent people from starting in the first place. Some of the health problems is they can't breath so they have to have a lot of surgeries to breath again. What made police open the case again? The police decided to reopen the case when new evidence was found. When the evidence was uncovered during the review in May last year the police started thinking. The police deiced that they now believe that there is a possibility that Madeleine is still alive, and they are trying to get people to tell them any information they have. The police didn't say they had any new leads though. Madeleine's parents are asking everybody and anybody to help find their daughter. Have they found any evidence of her still being alive?If so, what?Yes, they have found evidence that the little may still be alive. The evidence that they found was someone released a photo of her. I think that the second the police saw this photo, they should have got up and continued the search for the little girl. The little could be still alive, but her kidnapper could have released the photo of her to show her one last time. But without the negativity, the kidnapper could have released the picture to show that she is ok.
